I love *all* animals, dog lover here if you may, but I really really hate bugs!

Ever since I can remember things, I hated bugs. Not all types of bugs but certain ones … those that make a popping sound when squashed where all kinds of liquids come out of them. I can assume that most of you can relate to that, right?

Why am I sharing this with you? Because there are other types of bugs that I just absolutely love to squash and that might be of an interest to you as a JetBackup user.

According to Wikipedia: “A software bug is an error, flaw, failure or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways”.

We have an awesome development and quality assurance testing team! Nonetheless, we are humans and humans make mistakes. So successfully squashing software bugs is just pure fun and rewarding. I wish we could develop a “bug” free software… I wish things always went the way we want… I wish for global peace and stop global warming … but hey, reality check – that’s not going to happen. The best thing we can do is increase efficiency in locating and squashing those bugs… and guess what? YOU can partake in this 😉

If for some “strange” reason something doesn’t work the way it should, let us know. We truly listen and take care of stuff (just don’t expect JetBackup to make you a coffee).

Be a part of the community of JetBackup users that help improve this super cool backup software constantly. Gain points as you assist others and get rewarded according to our pointing system. Check out our new ideas/bug reporting system here: Feature Requests

I’ll finish with a deep quote from one of my favorite TV shows:

Pinky: “Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tonight?”
The Brain: “The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!”

You take over the world by squashing software bugs 😉
