What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards along with Paypal.  We also accept wire payments in certain cases.

Why is my order still showing as ``Pending`` even after i paid?

Your JetApps license(s) were instantly activated at the time of purchase. The status of your order will remain as “pending” in our billing system until one of our billing staff members has verified and completely processed your order. At that time your status will be set to “active” and you will receive an invoice along with a payment confirmation.  The status of your order has no effect on your license activity since it was instantly activated at the time of purchase.

Can I have all my services billed on the same day each month?

Yes! If you have a large amount of licenses and wish to have your billing dates coordinated on the same date each month we offer a “Once a Month Billing Client” option. To find out if you qualify please open a billing ticket through your Client Area or send an email to

How can I change my license IP address?

To instantly change an IP address please log into your Client Area. Then select ‘Change a License IP Address’ under ‘License Management’, select IP, license type, and new IP, then submit the change IP request. We will process your change IP request IMMEDIATELY and instantly.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We offers a 7 day money back guarantee for all new services ordered.  Upon written request via email to you will receive a full refund of services ordered within the last 7 days.

Do you offer any bulk discounts if I have a large volume of licenses?

Do you offer refunds?

If you paid an invoice early and then canceled your service at least one (1) day before your service renewal due date you are eligible for a refund. Cancellations sent in on or after your service renewal due date will not be subject to a refund.  To request a refund please submit a ticket through your Client Area or email

How do I cancel my license?

To cancel a service or license please login to your Client Area can click “Cancel A License”.  The request will happen in real-time and you should get a confirmation email immediately stating your service or license has been canceled.

How can i tell if my license is active?

How do i install a JetApps product?
